Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
Oasis by Shumaila follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:
We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.
The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
The customers can exchange articles from the Oasis by Shumaila one time only within 7 days from the date of order placed within the same category. The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached along with the invoice. Oasis by Shumaila will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E-Store only.
Email us at oasisbyshumila@gmail.com along with the order id stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged / missing please call us immediately at +92 324 351 0469 after receiving the parcel.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Oasis by Shumaila warehouse. If the Oasis by Shumaila quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.
*Accessories and discounted (sale) Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check with your bank. It may take some time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 250. On return and exchange your product, the customer should courier the product to the mentioned address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Oasis by Shumaila will bear all the shipping cost if Oasis by Shumaila provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery.
